Better GPG implementation

Current implementation added in a2cb954b that addressed #27 (closed) is our MVP and needs to be improved to allow for more flexibility.

Next iteration

• Create script to create and implement unattended key
• Decide how best to present using/implementing to user
• Decide how to inform user they need their own GPG key and should be slightly familiar with how it works
• Document how to create the key and how to use it.

Future

• Provide links/howtos on where to get started using GPG keys
• More granular way to add recipients per file/backup to encrypt
