Consul checks in grafana dont indicate error

Normally when a container exits or gets destroyed etc, a check is appropriately de-registered from the node.

If it is not de-registered for one reason or another and the TTL expires it should indicate in the node's list of checks there is an error. At the moment it still shows green/1 even if in consul it indicates its failing.

The original implementation was just to show checks registered to a node, but this now unfortunately displays misleading information (in this instance the container was intentionally destroyed but check was never de-registered).

I suppose its not really a bug for the original MVP spec to show checks, but I think its important to look into showing the correct status in the consul checks for the node in grafana.
